CREATIVITY
Performance, product, expression... Children 'making' things happen - essential skills for their future and all our futures. Trivium schools give full rein to creativity throughout the curriculum.
CHARACTER
Schools should not be in the business of creating clones, rather they should be a place in which a child can begin to realise who they are, and who we are, through the conversation about what it is to be human. Character is reflected upon through a rich curriculum offer.
CRITICAL THINKING
Critical thinking is not taught as a standalone subject, but debate, dialogue and logic are embedded throughout the curriculum.
Collaboration
Children are taught through interactive whole class teaching. They are also taught individually and, where applicable, in groups. The way of teaching is set by the demands of the subject to enable children to learn in the best way possible.
